Symfoni ESM has around 80 employees located in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Benelux. From 2011, Symfoni has been growing with more than 300% and we have delivered more than 250 ServiceNow projects in Northern Europe.
Our biggest partner, ServiceNow, has in a very limited time established itself as a global market leader, and has about 25% of the total market today. In addition to ServiceNow, we also have other partners like Bomgar, ServiceFlow, Snow Software, In•spi, HP and Mulesoft, who offers services and add-on solutions to ServiceNow.
In Northern Europe, Symfoni has delivered the most ServiceNow implementations of all suppliers in the market, and we are therefore well aware of the great business results that can be achieved with ESM and ServiceNow.
Our consultants are experts in strategy and advisory, implementation and integration, having worked with clients across all industries for many years. They are certified in both ServiceNow and ITIL in all countries, some are also certified trainers.
Today, we serve some of the largest ServiceNow customers in Europe and we were awarded “Partner of the Year” in 2013.

Bjørn has built up companies within media and marketing, internet recruitment and during the last 14 years within IT software and consulting. Bjørn has many years of experience from the European IT market by leading German, Finnish and Norwegian owned companies in Europe. In Symfoni Bjørn is focused on building the culture of the company as a main determinant of the company`s success. Bjørn is located in Oslo (NO).
Wim leads the Business Operation Department serving all 6 countries, including the financial teams, procurement, legal along with sales support, contract and bid management. Wim has years of experience from the IT Business from his own company which was acquired by Rubik and Symfoni. Wim is located in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Nora Ottesen Rinnan
Nora graduated from European University in Barcelona in 2003 with a Bachelor of Management degree in Communication and Public Relations. She has been working in Symfoni since 2004 with both sales and marketing. Today she is running the Marketing department, serving all 6 countries. Nora is also a member of the board in Symfoni and is located at the headquarter in Oslo, Norway.
Marianne has a master’s degree in marketing and corporate communication from Aarhus School of Business. Since 2008, she has been working at Symfoni with both marketing and CRM. Today, Marianne is responsible for Symfoni’s Customer Care team, which is focused on delivering the best service and support to Symfoni’s customers across Northern Europe. Marianne is Norwegian but is living and working from Aarhus, Denmark.
Bob started his IT career in 1987 and worked for 10 years within Centric. He continued his career in HP for 10 years, before founding the Dutch Rubik Solutions entity in 2007 which was acquired by Symfoni in 2011. Bob started as a country manager and is now the Benelux Region Director. Bob is an expert of growing business and during 2014 he expanded our business into the UK. Bob is located in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Peter van Damme
Peter has over 20 years of experience in Service Management and Professional Services Automation. During his career he acted as Field Engineer, Developer, Consultant, Business Development & Operations Manager, Country Manager, Regional Director Professional Services and many other positions bringing Peter in a unique position of understanding every aspect of a service oriented organization. Nowadays Peter is Product Manager for Symfoni WE and on a mission to increase productivity at Fujitsu and our customers.
Hannes is responsible for the Nordic sales department in Symfoni. He has an experience spanning over 10 years in different Service Management companies, lastly from HP. Hannes started in Symfoni as a sales manager for the Finland entity and is located at our Helsinki office.
Janne started his IT career in 1986 in Digital as a Sales representative. He has worked in several international and Nordic companies (ie Compaq, HP, Scribona and Materna). His career include mainly sales and business management roles. Janne joined Symfoni Finland from Fujitsu in January 2017. He is located in Helsinki, Finland
Michelle came from a private equity company to Symfoni 5 years ago. Her background and education is within finance and after 10 years in PE and Symfoni she has a long experience of developing companies. With Michelle's background Symfoni has acquired companies and implemented new organizations into our structure without external help with good results. She is from New York and has an American touch of structure KPI steering and management. Michelle is located in in Oslo (NO).
