Symfoni ESM experiences a significant growth and we need to expand our consultant team in the Benelux. Our consultants deliver software configuration and development aspects through the complete life cycle of client solutions, based on the ServiceNow and HP platform. They use their vast experience delivering enterprise technology projects and combine it with their passion for client success in order to meet and exceed project goals and customer expectations.
- Developing and maintaining HP Service Manager, HP Asset Manager and UCMDB.
- Write test documentation
- Assess customers’ requests on the specified tools
- Follow up on Incidents, Problems and Changes of the specified tools
Skills & Experience
- HP Service Manager administration and scripting
- HP Asset Manager experience
o Building integrations
o Maintenance of the technical environment
- HP UCMDB
o maintenance of the technical environment
o experience in building integrations with 3rd party tools
- Preferably knowledge of SAP BO
- Knowledge of Single Sign On is an extra
- Dutch and/or French language or willingness to learn is required, next to fluent English.
- Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
