ITIL ® Foundation is the base knowledge for IT Service Management focusing on the concrete processes and big picture of ITIL. As a joint effort, Symfoni and JSM Consulting, are offering a training that uniquely combines ITIL® with the tooling perspective.

ITIL Foundation is the base knowledge for IT service management. The training focusing on the service management processes, how they match up with the service lifecycle as well as the terminology and definitions associated with it. Participants will learn to recognize processes and activities, the roles attached to them as well as the relationships between them. The most common factors influencing the process effectiveness will also be covered.

This Foundation training does not include the technical configuration of the ITSM tool, but focuses on the big picture of ITIL Foundation and the concrete processes of everyday tasks in the use of an ITSM tool.

At the end of the course you have the option to get the ITIL Foundation certification, which enables you to advance to the next level trainings of ITIL.

Prerequisites: No special requirements.

Language: Either English or local language. Course material is in English

Certification test: Not included in the course fee, but can be ordered separately.
